Meet Carol Rezvani who’s been volunteering with Meals On Wheels for 2 years.

Carol is an incredibly kind woman who embodies everything we should be! Carol cares about all the clients that she sees on a day to day basis. She takes time to talk to them, learn more about them, and show them that even though it’s only for a couple minutes 3 times a week it brightens their day. For some of her clients the only visitors that they get are the volunteers. When Carol’s parents were older she did a similar thing like Meals On Wheels, she would go grocery shopping a couple times a week. Make sure that they had food and were eating. Everyday after work she would make sure that her kids were fed and showered and then she would drive all the way to her parents spend some time with them go back home and then do it all over again. One day her daughter told her that the football team at her school was delivering meals to the elderly, so Carol decided to look up the organization and that's how she came to discover Meals On Wheels.
